time for a dave computer tune up
i think the bugs are in your system
install malwarebytes and run it
http://www.malwarebytes.org/lp/malware_ ... PAodl1cA6g
its free version leave a link on your desk top for it so you can find it in safe mode

Microsoft security essentials and run it..it has a free version
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... s-download

program called ccleaner
and win patrol by bill p studios

if that does not get it
call in a pro

i use ccleaner daily
http://www.piriform.com/

it scrubs the cookies out
the first time it runs on your computer
half a hard drive worth of junk will go away

win patrol keeps exe files from running with out you saying OK to them running
http://www.winpatrol.com/

i use both of these all the time
i have not had a crash i could recover from in over 8 years
my system is win xp

I use all the ones recommended above quite often and recently used ADWCleaner, it acted like a dab of Germolene on a search redirector that Malwarebytes couldn't fully remove. I downloaded a copy and saved it as once run it seems to delete itself! Do you use anti-virus software?
