Oh yes! A fine example of a Dunkelweissbier. Thanks for the reminder i will have top pick up a couple of bottles at the weekend! Backed up by a couple of Franziskaner Hefe Weissbier ( Tescos used to sell it really cheap but its £2 a bottle now!)

I am luckey a ham radio friend runs a wine making farm
his white wine is really excellent
and not over priced

oranjeboom... lager... £20 for 24 cans up the local paki shop..... lasts me a week usually unless i am feeling a bit depressed

I quite like Otter - not too strong at around 3.2 %, but very drinkable.

Sounds like a good session beer! Need more breweries to make good beers at low ABVs.

Guinness Foreign Extra is my all-time favorite. Not the Guinness Stout, brewed in Canada, that we get here in the States. But the thick dark beers are best in cool weather.

For our summers, which can reach close to 100F, I prefer something a bit lighter. Great Lakes, out of Cleveland Ohio doesn't make a bad beer, but this is my favorite summer beer:
