Isle of Man TT Classic. 2020... GOING TO BE A BLAST!!!
England, Scotland, N. Ireland and the Isle.....HOPING to ship the Traveller, BUT looks less expensive to buy a ride there and take to a dealer and get some cash back. Renting is expensive....

Ugh.. Until a few years ago I wasn't bothered..

But it appeals to me as I mature - That said. The ferry from N.Wales is veeeery expensive. Eye watering actually.

Funny this comes up today, I was looking at their website just yesterday. It is appealing. But too far for me.

Utah is fairly close.......lol.... It's on my bucket list, so we are adding the T.T. to our 35 anniversary trip through North Ireland, Scotland and England. 5 years ago, we went to Ireland.

Just be sure you get to the event of your choice

The TT proper is the flat out road racing event, racing commences 1st Saturday in June so that will be 6th June 2020 and takes place Saturday/Monday/Wednesday and Friday of race week. The previous week is practice week with evening road closure to allow the riders to dial in their machines and themselves!

End of August sees the Classic TT and the Manx TT which are more low key but growing. The Classic TT is more of a "festival weekend" with some high speed classic bike racing. The Manx is traditionally the qualifier for the following year's TT.

Either schedule is subject to disruption by the weather as conditions have to be good given the lap time the racers are now achieving. That said there is no other place like on earth.

Ferry bookings for TT 2020 open on Monday 20th May 2019 and will soon fill for prime crossings worth a £50 non refundable deposit if you are serious about a TT trip next year.

I hope the TT happens. My favorite race of the year. But at this point who knows.
