Be it on your own head

I have just purchased a new helmet (after maybe 5/6 years) as the old one had become a bit loose, due I imagine to the lining compressing with use. I now have 3 old helmets taking up space and I am a bit reluctant to throw them away. Does anyone know of any ?charity/organisation that can find a use for them? Size L or XL (60), they have never be in an accident and never dropped, although they are a bit worn in appearance. If anyone wants them they are welcome to them, BUT BE IT ON YOUR OWN HEAD IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM ON THE ROAD!! I am in Warwickshire (and so are the helmets oddly enough!

be careful of the fit
i have a hard time finding one in a proper fit due to a wide head
not a big head just most are so narrow that it takes a very btg one to
fit with out feeling like i am clamped in a vice
sad to say only place i can find them that fit
is at a dealer that sells very cheap ones

rule 1 do not fall off rule 2 be wareing one when you do fall off

RAiSED a FUSS for years with a friend about him getting on his bike them putting on helmet

one day he got on and kickstand broke he fell over and hit his head on a building
then he realisized why he should install helmet first

i have rode so much with a helmet i feel NAKED if i ride even a bicycle with out one on,,,

I've cut and re-lined old helmets with foam.
