Fuel Price

Postby sapperk9 » Thu Dec 08, 2005 1:41 am

Here's the comparison in OzTrayYa, where we pay $AU1.20 a litre which approximates to:

0.77euro=0.51 pence?

We're told our fuel is cheep! But like you most of the price is a range of politicical impositions.

the uk is £0.85 a litre
I dare not work out how much that is per gallon - but its around $7!

mpg is important with the distances we tend to do.

wow .85 UK pounds a liter works out to $5.62 US a gallon. I thought we had it bad at $2.50 a gallon but thats only about .38 pounds or .55 Euros a liter. I geuss I cant really complain about gas prices being a dollar or more higher than they were 2-3 years ago!!!! :shock: :!: :!: :!:
