These wheels came off a 2003 Baghira Enduro. The front wheel looks a little shabby, I rode on the beach for a couple of hours and the salt air attacked it, the spokes are rusted and the rim is tarnished. The rear wheel looks good (I had a different rear wheel on the bike for the beach ride). Both wheels have new never-seen-dirt Cheng Shin knobbies on them with heavy duty tubes. Both wheels have rotors. There are no rim locks on either wheel but I will include a couple in the sale in case you want to install rimlocks. Included with the rear wheel are the cush drive and a Sunstar 45t steel sprocket. I will also throw in a nearly complete spoke set. The rear wheel spacers are NOT included. The front wheel speedo drivegear and the ring that drives it are NOT included. The spacer on the left IS included.
I assume that the prospective buyers reading this own super moto Baghiras with 17” wheels and are thinking of fitting these wheels to their bikes so let me share with you what I know about that. The SM front disc is about 10mm larger than the enduro disc and consequently uses a slightly different caliper bracket. I don’t have an enduro bracket to go with this sale. However it is possible to mount the SM disc on the enduro hub (SM and enduro hubs are the same part#). It is also possible to use the SM caliper bracket and the enduro disc but the brake pads will track 5 mm off center, not an optimum set up. Your speedo will not read right with the SM drive. A new enduro speedodrive costs around $45 usd plus shipping. Rather than buy one of them it might be a good time to upgrade to a trailtech speedo or something similar.
