Looking for ISDT Tank Bag

I'm looking for an ISDT tank bag that has the clear vinyl route sheet holder in tact. Like probably 99% of them, the clear vinyl is gone on mine. Before attempting to repair it, I thought I'd shake the bushes and see if one is out there somewhere.

If it`s leather (which it looks like) a decent leather worker could repair/restore it for you, the clear vinyl is easy enough to find.

I think the repair route makes the most sense. The chances of finding one in good condition were probably zilch and I kinda knew that. Looks like there are some shoe repair, furniture upholstery places locally. I'll see what they say. Thanks.
