Problems getting onto site

Been having problems lately, keep getting a general error message(sqly something) and and it asks you to contact administrator which is impossible to do as you cannot get onto site, just me or are others having this issue?

Had this problem when using firefox but Internet explorer went straight in???? Just came in using Firefox again now with no problem

seems to be a conflict with the server and the board talking to each other
also always log out when you leave site if your not coming back for a while
the site may be remembering every one thats not logged out
when they actually left the sight
so it reaches a point where it does not want any more users
just a thought not sure if that could cause it

i could not get into it for at least 4 days
and because of a trip its been 7 since i used it
