MZ TS 250

Hello all,
I live in Australia and have an opportunity to purchase a near new looking 1974 TS 250. Are 4 speeds ok for this bike vs 5 speed for rideability? Any issues I should be aware of for this model. First time buyer so I would appreciate any advice.

Hi Ian,my name is Andy and i also have a TS250 and live in Lismore NSW. The TS is my club bike and i also have an ETZ 250 almost ready for rego. There is a strong MZ following in Lismore area due to us having a local dealer many years ago. We also get the UK MZ riders mag and have a few spares and lots of info about MZ bikes.
