Good morning from Yorkshire

Postby MotoMZ » Sat Nov 05, 2016 2:35 am

Newbie here from Yorks, had a couple of MZ's bought a new ts125 in about 76 bright green loved it. Unfortunately wrote it off !
Then when I moved to Bristol in 1980 I saw a ts150 on the side of the road for sale and managed to buy that very cheap, even the Mrs used to ride it.
Will be looking around for a nice vintage MZ nice original Trophy would be cool as I like the look :)
Are the parts easy to find? Are the earlier ones a good choice,?
Many thanks looks like a good forum, John.

Welcome to the madhouse.
Spares are easily available for all models of MZ either from UK or several German companies. The Trophys are lovely machines . If you are on FaceBook join the MZ Riders Group as bikes come up now and again, in fact one in bits just came for £350 and sold very quickly.
ES250 Doppelport, ES250, ES250/1, ES250/2,ETS 250, ES150, ETS150, BK350, IWL Pitty, SR56 Wiesel, SR59 Berlin, Troll............ and thats just the German two strokes!
