Hello, just wanted to introduce myself. I have been riding for years and recently purchased a 2001 Traveller in red color. I am planning to restore it with a few mods thrown in as well.
Thank you

Sorry for the late reaction... still: Welcome!

Of course red is the Ducati colour.

I have never owned the 5-valve single, but I have seen that engine being used on the track. So: not the desmo, but at least 5!

Hope you enjoy it.

Belated welcome from another Ducati fan.

What mods are you planning?

Hello,
I have installed a slip on and new sport contact tires recently but would like a better front brake and headlights. Future updates will be heated grips, a taller seat mod, rear shock as well since I am on the heavy side.
The longest trip I have taken so far is 300 miles in a day and love how light and simple the bike is and was surprised by how well it climbed the mountain passes here in Washington state.

Hello again, I have had the front caliper rebuilt and I bleed the brake and I have a better feel from the lever but noticed that the pads look like some oils have penetrated into the pads. I will look for some new pads, I installed Ebc HH pads on a monster 620 before and liked how they felt but I am willing to try something else if someone has good results. Thanks for your input
