Legally you can't, but maybe a breaker can help. Or buy a wreck. Or import it.
Generally there'll always be more info on it, like make/type/previous...

I tried but had no luck. At least they returned the cheque.
I think there's a lot of luck to it.
I'm trying to get a dating letter and go down that route but getting disheartened.
