Well guys, I've checked the tensioner guide bolts and they are fine. This has led to a bit of head scratching until I noticed that the front guide blade had a fair amount of movement in it. The top of the blade isn't held firmly as in a jap multi. It is only held at its base with one shouldered bolt. This is leading to some "chatter" due to lateral movement. I have ordered another blade to see if it will fit better (maybe a design revision). I'll post again when I find out
