dirty contacts in wire harness
some of the plugs in my rt125 have been replaced with Anderson power poles

or soldered due to the quality of the plugs
the plug at the voltage reg just milted into a pile of junk

oh the fun of keeping an electric powered motorcycle running

Following a biased and flawed moderator choice (someone posting aggressive personal attacks is rewarded, while my technical posts are removed - behind my back & without any justification!), I have withdrawn from this forum.

Can you use the clocks off one of your other bikes to see if it's a clocks/wiring fault? I know it's a pain to strip down but I think it will be your best bet. If you need a hand give me a shout.

Looks like you might have a wiring fault, try disconnecting the plugs from the ECU and give them a good shot of contact cleaner and go through any part of the loom that might have an effect.
