Hi

The oil filter is the same as any 1150 BMW boxer, in HiFlo it's HF163. K&N HP1002
As for the levers on an SF they are pre 2005 Yamaha xjr 1300, NOT Suzuki gsx1400 as I have seen posted.
Front pads are Triumph speedtriple 2000 or current thunderbird 1600
Front sprocket is Honda vfr 750f 90-97, rear is Yamaha R1 98-05.
Have not yet found an air filter

Mick

Now that's what I'm talkin' bout.
Thanks Mick.
The P/N you listed for the K&N oil filter is actually for an air filter.

I sell K&Ns, looking in the catalog I see oil filters listed as starting with KN-
and air filters starting with AL- (Aprilia) BM-(BMW) etc.
No HPs in there for air or oil filters.

Just bought a K &N Oil filter for the MZ, HP 1002 (the third one that I have used) perhaps the codes are different outside the US.

I think the HP stands for High Performance.
Googled and found it. :-D

Any filter for a late 80's Chrysler Lebaron or Dodge Daytona w/2.2L engine works. Cheap ones all the way up to the HP1002 K&N. I've been using the K&N's from the get-go, over 45,000 miles to date.

You can pick up nice aluminum Vortex rear sprockets at Cycle Gear for any 1st generation FZ1 like a 2002 for about $60 or so, as well as a Vortex front for a Honda 919/929 among other listed.

Do a search for the K&N air filter I made up using an original MZ filter frame and a K&N filter that I modified. Pretty simple to do, and still holding up after many miles and years. Your choice is oem or oem otherwise!
