New to me MZ1000s

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Corpus Christi, TX and own numerous bikes and like to tinker. Parts availability concerns me a bit, but I pray I don't need many. The MZ will be ridden, but not my #1 bike. My 2007 Moto Guzzi Griso fills that roll.
I also have a 01 Aprilia Falco for sport touring, an 04 Honda F4i for a bit more sport, a 72 Moto Guzzi Eldorado with sidecar for the kid, 74 Eldorado for solo cruising, and a 1972 BMW R75/5 cafe racer for kicks. I think that covers it for now. I've had 20+ bikes over the last 20 years and have started to keep some of the more unique ones. (The F4i will be leaving soon no doubt. I have my eye on a Benelli Tornado Tre, but don't think I can swing that one right now.)
