The misery continues

Postby JawasandMZs » Mon May 24, 2021 7:25 am

My excitement about my coil was premature. I added petroil, kicked it and .... nothing. Spark, check. Compression, check. Fuel, check.
Dead. Not even backfiring or kicking back.
I know fuel is getting thru because the plug is soaked. I keep taking out to wipe it.
Baffled.
Gutted.

Following a biased and flawed moderator choice (someone posting aggressive personal attacks is rewarded, while my technical posts are removed - behind my back & without any justification!), I have withdrawn from this forum.

Also check for any leaks.
A bad crank seal can have the same sympthoms - plug wet, but no start.

Put a flame on the spark plug to burn off petrol.
Wirebrush it and sand the contacts.

And do as the above have said to get rid of excess fuel in CC.

So, Tom, has the sun come out?

(=does it run again?)
