Rear light on TS250

Postby sidewaysid123 » Sat Sep 16, 2023 1:52 pm

Hello
I have had a TS250 for 2 years, I restored it a little bit (well made it do what it should) I got busy with my job and parked it in my garage, and a pool of oil appeared, it took me a year to get around to it, but it's fixed, the other day I got the bike running and went around testing things, the brake light had stopped working, it is a brand new unit from that MZ bloke up Liverpool way, I checked the wires, but discovered it is the bulb fixing in the unit, it is shite! it just doesn't hold in properly at all, I have tried all sorts but it could easily just pop out. have any of you come across this, and any suggestions please, Phil

Yes, Sometimes they're not the best. I find careful and little application of force to the bulb mounting/connection tangs/brackets to be employed.
