Off the subject... nice can!
How does the Vance & Hines can sound? Nice mount too...was it a slip-on kit? It's time to upgrade mine and that looks damn fine. BTW has anyone found stainless head pipes which will bolt right on?

The standard pipes are stainless and they bolt on real easy :)

In that case, polish up the standard ones. Like most stainless they will soon discolour though.

Racing pipes aren't polished, and racing style's best. :-D .......then again, KTM's are nickel plated / shiny ...but the 'trick' factory race ones aren't. :-D

I am not sure, but I think racing pipes arnt polished as most are made of Titainium. Plus a pretty finnish isnt exactly a requirement for a race bike :)
The shiny pipes you see on the KTM 640 are chromed mild steel BTW
