no neutral light starter motor wont turn

i have had some electrical problems if i bypass the ignition the bike starts theres no neutral light the bulb as not gone checked the wiring under the seat theres a little grey box that clicks when you turn the ignition on does anyone no what it is it might be that thats blown its a baghira 660 .

the little gray box says bosch and its relay 19 if its bad in side nothing happens
disconnect red/white wire and connect to red/black wire
with a jumper if bike will crank and run relay contacts are shot and it needs replaced

the fowling things effect this relay ...kill switch in right handlebar ...sidestand switch ...neutral switch
... but most often of late the contacts in side of it just burn up.... and that cut off power to most every thing
