slipping clutch mz 150

Postby RRichiee » Sun Jun 01, 2008 7:48 am

Hello, the clutch of my MZ slips when I am accelerating. It suddenly started and I never changed anything to the engine. Who knows what I can do about it?

is it one of the 2 smokers
and make sure clutch cable is not to tight
may need to replace the clutch plates also make sure you have the correct oil in the bike some oils are tooo slick for wet clutch
use
if you replace the plates do the springs also if bike is an old one over 10 years

it is from 1975 an it indeed is a 2 smoker
the problem is neither the cable nor the oil
I also tried adjusting the clutch screw with no results
I guess I should replace the plates and springs

thank you for your advice
