check the screws that hold the key switch in to fork
its a break off bolt the head comes off when its installed
and the loctite did not hold it in
get one same thread size with an Allen head and lock tite it in
and see if the other one is loose
dave
edit note an other post shows a
break-bolt for the saddle-lock /seat lock ??
check them both

The Baghiras seams to be falling apart:

Hi, I notice your forks have got a blue switch on the top of them which I take it is for adjustment ? I have an 04 Baggy but the top of my forks have no adjustment does anyone know why they are different .... might be a stupid question but thought I would ask anyway :-)

Yes, this blue switch is for adjustment. But I don't have manual so I don't know how to use it.
My Baghira is from 2003.

Thx for all replays :-)

when i bought my bike in march, the only one around in black was the hr model,i only saw a difference in the angle/attitude of the bike in pics on this site, when compared to full height sm models mine seemed to be lower and pointing downwards at the front as well, probably because bike was enduro model originaly 18"/21"wheels,but 17"sm wheels fitted by dealer.found a set of forks on ebay in good condition from a full height model with the adjusters for a bargain price and now the bike rides level instead of pointing downwards and hard to say if handling has improved or compramised the bike, somebody else's view would be appreciated as the bike handles as good as it always does :D

It's "character" ;)

That and the vibrations. Loctite is your friend.
