Speedo/Tachometer Bulbs for Traveller

Anyone know how to get at the bulbs for the above. Thought about unscrewing the lens covers but not sure if this is how you get there and thought it would be better to ask than to unscrew something that doesn't unscrew! Rhanks for any help...
