PARTS

I just got a new thermostat from Graham's in the UK.

They were most helpful, even to the extent of sending me four pictures of the part to confirm that it was the correct item, such as:

Excellent service. It cost oz$ only 38.63 incl postage to Perth, very very reasonable. I costed a thermostat off Yamaha, the wrong one, and I'd have been up for over Oz $120.00!

Use them, good value.

I have used these guys a few times and found them to be most helpful.

Try to order bits based on cost between either Grahams or my nearest Yamaha Dealer. Just depends what I am after and which is cheapest.

Also come across new bits on E-bay. Recently bought a brand new starter for the Skorp for around £50 Inc P&P. Was being quoted between £300 - £500 over in the UK.

As I have learnt from Bill, the 660 engines are quite generic, so I always shop around to get the best prices.
