Bhagira Wobble - Steering Head Torque Value?

New Bhagira with suspected loose steering head bearing nut. Anybody know the torque value or suggested method for getting the appropriate torque value?
Alternatively, if the bike is supposed to wobble madly at 140 km/hr (90 mph), I'll learn to love this...
