Here are three versions of the wiring diagram for this machine; perhaps this will help. I have a US version TS150, but it is still sleeping. Perhaps if you haven't solved your problem by the time spring arrives in upstate New York I can photograph the wiring as you've requested.

thanks but none of these help. I need the american version and all of these are german wiring. I have only one wire running through each set of my lights.

I can try to take a picture of the inside of the headlight of my TS150 tomorrow if you really think it will help. I'm afraid it will just show a mass of wires.

Looking at one of the diagrams I posted, the one called SCHALTTS.gif, I think it's possible that the US-version circuit is not so different from the German one.

Power reaches the two-terminal flasher 12 through the 8a fuse 13. Thence wiring goes to the switch 10, then on to the lights 6 and 7, or 8 and 9 depending on switch position. The lights are grounded (earthed) in the diagram by wires running to grounding points MA and MB; if you have only one wire to each light, the ground side of the light simply grounds through its socket.

I think any two-terminal flasher of appropriate voltage will work in this system.

You can run a test on the system by joining the two wires which attach to the flasher. In this condition the signal should light, but not flash, on the side selected by the switch. If so, it's likely that the flasher is at fault. If not, perhaps fuse 13 is faulty.

I will check back here in the morning to see if you'd still like the photograph. It's not highly convenient to get to the machine in storage, but it would be amusing for me to pay attention to the bike.

yes i would love a picture because i can look at a mess of wires and understand them i just have to know there end game especially when i have a three prong flasher relay when all the german ones have 2. Your lights should say lucas right on them if there american standard from the period. I have too many wires i have figured out which are the actual blinkers and which are power and i found the wire leading to the accessory light/blinker warning. But i believe that there is another wire that needs to connect to the acc wire and then into the flasher unit i would believe that it would be the signal send wire leading from my switch....correct then the only one left would be????

Here are three pictures of my TS150. For information the machine is said to be of model year 1975, serial number 7818140.
There is a limit of three attachments per post; I plan to try to add two more in a subsequent message.

you need to post this everywhere people need help with there Mz 150 wiring the last picture was the money just can barely see that white leading up to that flasher unit. If by chance you could take a picture of the wiring under the side panel you would have a very good and complete idea of the wiring between the two best pictures. Once again thank you i will be getting my new battery soon and will be letting you all know, and after taking a good look at your wiring i found that alot of mine were in the wrong place who knows the last time someone wireD this thing. if you could as well get a shot of the wiring under the seat that would make my day im sure that everything isn't correct under there either....seems i just spent an hour completely rewiring everything in the head lamp thanks to your pictures everything is in its spot. Then i will put the pictures together into one pic with good zoomins and stuff and give you credit. THANKS

You're quite welcome, happy to help. My TS150 is "as new", has never been started or ridden, so it should be as correct as the factory could make it. I will try to get a picture under the seat later this week.

and the side panel if possible. How many miles on that beauty? You have it just as a collector piece?

The TS150 shows 8 miles (or maybe they're kilometers). My wife and I are suckers for MZs; we have five of them. I've thought about putting the TS on the road, but just haven't done it yet. I know it's silly to preserve it for posterity, but maybe that's what I'm doing.
