Centre Stand Question

Postby Daniel_I » Wed Mar 14, 2018 2:52 am

Help requested:

MZ TS250/1 Centre Stand

The stand has a hose clamp affixed to the stand so that it doesn't hit the frame when it's down and standing. I bought the rubber stop to replace the bodgie hose clamp but do not know how to mount it. I think it gets mounted under the engine block... but I cannot see how.
Any help offered is gratefully received,
Many thanks,
Daniel

Can anybody show me photograph of the underside of a MZ TS250 or TS250/1 illustrating the rubber stops (preferably front and back) for the centre-stand. Many thanks.

Hello
I cannot remember that there is a rubber on the TS 250.
There is a stop in the front:

made of Bakelite or plastic

and in the rear:

made of plastic.

But no rubber part....

Thanks Guesi.

If you can tell me how those stops are mounted, I'll buy them from you.

Kind regards,

Daniel
