Finding year made on my etz250

Try to find the yr my bike was made from data plate pic uploaded need new tank full of water .

It should be 1988 or 1989..
I have a frame here with 220.... number, which was first time put on the road in February 1988.

Thank you I could find anything on internet and all books I got with the bike are in German and would you recommend 33-1 gas oil mix?

I use 30ish to 1.
