Any one know what the settings are for the bing type 54?

my redstars got a 64/33/306 carb on it any help heres the figures from my book hth
main jet 125
needle jet 2.66
jet needle tn 251

jet needle position from the top 3
starting jet 66
idling jet 45 (40) Switzerland 64/33/306
mixture control screw 3/4 1/4 to 3/4 blocked by plastics
idle speed 1100
carbon monoxide 2-3 % 0.3% ! clean swiss
