Country 500 Service/Workshop Manual reqd.

Postby brennain1 » Fri Mar 15, 2013 8:51 pm

Hi All,

I've just acquired a Country 500 and could do with finding an English version service/workshop manual, if anyone knows where I could get hold of one it would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Bren.

Hi Dave and thanks for your help, have PM'd you also. I'm surprised but all my searching has not turned up a service/workshop manual for these bikes, certainly not in English, and am wondering if that's because it shared it's chassis and many other parts with the Mz Saxon 500?

i have found a lot in German
but English books and manuals are hard to come by

and a warning
the rear wheel comes apart different than any other bike i have worked on
so work on it carefully
right side holds a sprocket and axle and wheel come off to the left
the axle does not go all the way through rear end like most bikes
when removing the wheel
