My Gespann came with the parking brake removed, but it came with the bike. After a bit of struggle figuring out exactly how it worked, I realized that it was totally bendified, which I then saw corresponded with a heavy scuff on the swingarm and a bent/rebent brake rod.

Anyway, with that figured out, now I see exactly how it works, and where it goes...if any other gespann owners would be so kind as to post/send a picture of your parking brake, that would be very helpful in my reinstall/straighten/repair/modify as necessary.
