Listers: I have a few questions, to ask and see if someone has already done this task. I have purchased the suspension upgrade kit for my Velorex 562, from Bob Wark. In my discussions with him I have found him to be helpful, one of his suggestions was to remove the body from the frame. What I want to know is how difficult is it to remove the body from the frame. What to look out for and precautions to take. Also if any one out there has done the suspension upgrade. What tips to offer in minimizing difficulty in doing the upgrade, and how it all turned out. Also what does zero out play on the axle nut mean? Any help would be appreciated.
