Picked up a Mastiff today ,pretty rough looks like the biggest butt ache will be the exhaust studs, pretty corroded worst i have seen ,not touched them yet ,whats the options heat or freeze ,going to be a gamble anyway realy dont want to have to remove motor.

Nuts or the actual studs?
My header pipes are stainless steel, yours look like rusty steel.
Wire brush loose rust off and spray with proper penetrating fluid (Not WD40) and leave it to soak in for a few days.
Spray the rest of the can on all the other rusty bits!

in the US the Raptor 660 crowd often replace the 6mm studs with 8mm studs. Most of the aftermarket heads already have the exhaust mount plates oversized for the 8mm.
