When about 5 miles 15 amp fuse blow put new 15 amp in about to miles went again.put 30 amp in.got home disconnect
Earth lead light still work? so must be short
disconnect plug to both switches on handle bars
Disconnect head light green light still comes got to be going to earth no side stand switch fitted help

High could someone let me know what the small brown wire that come of negative side of battery please
when disconnect the green light goes out so my problem seem to be this wire thanks lockdown nearly over need to ride

According to my wiring diagram the small brown wire on the battery negative terminal goes to a common earth point somewhere on the bike, maybe within the loom?
Riding it is much more fun than polishing it.

Keep pushing and pulling on the harness. Honestly worked for me years ago. never found the problem. It will be a short somewhere and by a process of elimination you might find it. wiring is not the top feature of the Skorpion unfortunately. In the UK with our weather liberal dousing in WD40 helps, but it does atttract the muck.
