I replaced my rear master cylinder with one from a Ducati Monster,
also the replaced the taillight lens with one from a '90s Monster.
I have a '95 Skorpion tour.

KTM 690 has the same radiators as the Bhagira. The KTM radiator shrouds also fit straight on.

Yamaha TZR125 rear light fits the Baghira.

Guzzi spine frames use the same tail light and turnsignals as my 95 Tour.

Oh, sorry. That would be the 97 V10 Centauro through the 05 V11 Sports. Dealer? Don't need no steenkin dealer.. :D Wish I had a local dealer like that..
Seriously, Guzzi parts are a walk in the park to get, even for some really old stuff.
The turnsignals are also the same as Buell, as is the headlight and trim ring on the Skorpion tour.

This is so valuable ! Is there any way we could get it on the site as a proper database rather than individual posts. That way it could be categorised (electrical, rear suspension, brakes ....... etc) and be so much more useful. Perhaps the moderators could advise ?
Riding it is much more fun than polishing it.

Anyone know of a source for the rubber chain guide that protects the swing arm? I've rigged up a piece of polyurethane, but I'm not sure that I'm completely comfortable with it's security.

My throttle hand assembly can't be tightened enough, guess the plastic threads are strippe. I think the whole right hand switch unit needs replacing. I imagine there is a Yamaha part?? Can't find one in any schematics, any alternatives?

My Skorpion's switch gear was stripped on all 4 screws. I just filled the holes with JB weld, and drilled and tapped them. Pretty simple to do, cheap. (Guzzi content)

Thanks Chuck, if that does the job, it's worth a try. It just didn't look like those tiny screws would hold it firmly though.

Not a problem. Take a toothpick and work the epoxy down into the hole. Just do the best you can. :D Drill& tap, and you'e golden.
