I'm not sure about the thread, but try napoleans or emgo's tha tare meant to fit a GS500.
When in doubt use GS500.

I guess I need to point out that the Traveller has a full fairing... Handlebar mount mirrors do not match what's on there at all.

I have a Traveller with a set of mirror/signals from hb7.
Front view of the set up
These are a bit longer and I see more road and less elbows...
Look for something with a 40 mm bolt spacing.

Hydraulic rear brake light switch for Skorpion Tour (maybe others) is Aprillia #81244679. Thread is 10x1 mm. I bought mine from A1 Racing. There are cheaper ones that will fit but the electrical connections would need changing. This one is a straight swap.

Anyone know of a replacement for the chain slider (rubber pad that runs along the top front of the swing arm)?

Thanks,

Charles

Would you glue it to the frame with JB Weld or something similar? One suggestion I received was to find an old Delrin cutting board, cut a strip and JB Weld it to the swingarm. I thought I might be able to safety wire it (drill holes along the bottom) as a backup fastener (in case the glue gave way).

I made one out of Tivar (UHMV polyethylene) for my Cagiva Elefant. Used cardboard to make a pattern first, transferred that the the sheet of Tivar, cut it out on the bandsaw and drilled the mounting holes. Easy to bend around the swingarm. Fit perfectly and works fantastic. After 350 miles, there's not a mark on the Tivar, even though the chain drags across it regularly.

I've ordered a foot long piece of Tivar from Ebay. Should be here in a few days. Thanks. Still would love to see a pic of your set up.

A couple of photos when I was making the guide for the Elefant.

Made a cardboard pattern:

Covered the Tivar sheet with masking tape and transferred the pattern to it:

Cut out on the bandsaw, mounting holes drilled and installed:
