head light problem

my headlight is real weak is this somesort of default mode, does it need to be replaced or can it be fixed where can I get a new one ..
also looking for cool aftermarkt mirrors as a direct replacement

I am not sure what model you have, but the headlight on my Bahira is my main gripe with the bike.
