I just measured the fuel economy of my Skorpion Sport to be 39 mpg (US gallon), almost all highway mileage at about 70 mph. How does this compare to yours?

High 40s to high 50s. Acts slightly lean at very small throttle opening.. haven't trouble shot that yet.

Haven't been on here for some time, but your mpg figures caught my eye, and I'm sure you can do better. However, it can be tricky to get good fuel mileage, AND smooth running and accelerating. After fighting with flat spots for some time, I finally arrived at a good place, and am now getting 55milesperUSgall. = 67milesperImpgall = 23.6kmsperlitre = 4.2Lper100kms, on a long run (usually 65mph). 2001 Skorpion Tour. Maybe the Sport is designed richer for power? Also I played with rear sprockets but it made no difference to mpg. Now running 15/39 (4000rpm @ 65mph). My 2c.

2001 Skorpion Traveller. Stock, 15/39 sprockets.
Long haul, interstate at 75mph, I usually get 45-48.
Long haul, 2 lane highway at 55-60mph, 52-55.
Short runs, twisty road, commutes to work...as low as 42...
It all depends on how I twist the right hand....
