These arrived today.Impressed with quality of the moulding even if some of the fastenings look a bit cheap, a bargain in my opinion.(I paid just over 20 quid with free p&p)

These look very similar to the ones fitted to my Baghira and I think the same as ones my son has just bought. On my bike the prev owner had sawn off the ball ends of the levers to give enough clearance inside the guards and my son found he had to do the same thing. Great pity as fitting replacement levers will be neither cheap nor easy and they don't fell quite right sawn off.

I`ve added extension pieces using the clamps from these(below), some short pieces of handlebar i had lying around, and some extra nuts and bolts.
They give much more room for levers and winter-gloved hands but don`t affect the steering lock. They will give better support to handlebar muffs if i need to put them on this winter as well.
I`ll post some photos if anyone is interested.

Thanks for your concern Dave but i think they are far more safety critical when used in there original form than they are in their new role!

They will do the job, and be a fine support for muffs in the colder weather (if it ever arrives).
