BAGHIRA CLUTCH CABLE

My son has just got a Baghira and we want to fit Renthal high rise enduro bars. I note that there is not a lot of slack in the original cable. Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative cable that will fit with higher bars?? I could get one made up at Venhill but the last time I did that it took them 3 weeks and cost quite a bit.
