Is Mz Rt/SM/SX engine Rotax?

I have a question about the 125cc engine- is it Rotax or Yamaha?

its home made by mz in germany igot a rt125 with 23 thousand miles on it
onlw problem major is crapping the starter sprage
and it hates dirty fuel
