RT125 Headlight Bulb?

Postby RTango125 » Tue Mar 01, 2011 3:58 pm

hi folks,
my rt 2003 has a 35watt bayonet type headlight bulb (with dip blown!).....but i read in my mz owner manual that it should be an H4 12V-60/55W......so probably a standard 472 type car headlight bulb?
any chance someone can help me convert it to the 472 type as i have loads of them and the light output should be loads better/safer! a picture of what the h4 bulb and it's mounting 'clip/socket' in the reflector looks like would be great.
winter rebuild still in progress......waiting for summer riding :)

thanks RT
