MZ 125 Tire Size

Postby kdesilva » Thu Sep 27, 2012 7:03 pm

Well I didn't get too much luck out of my other post, hopefully some specific questions will help!

I know a 140 can fit on the rear tire, but what can the front tire accomodate?

For the SM

110 and 130 are stock no?

I've heard of someone putting a 140 on the rear, wondered what could fit on the front.

I 've also been coveting a set of black rims - but I'm finding them impossible to find!!! Anyone know where I can get these from?

I know this is a bit old. But wanna update that 150 will fit the rear aswell . Fitted it today. It might even take a 160. It looks a little bit funny with the 110 at the front. But alot better than with the 130 ;)

found the kenda tires to be a good fit
watch getting them too wide may not fit the bead edge well and cause you to lose air

also after 11 years mine are losing air bad and need the inside of the rim cleaned and sealed
with something the alloy rims are going bad

my rear master cylinder is out and the caliper is in bad shape
going to put the saxon tour back on the road while i work on the mess

anyone know what brembo stuff fits the rear of an 2002 rt125

over here only some of the kymco scooters use the same fa197 pads
and they are rare also
