Thanks - what an odd bike.
They rigged a Montesa engine into a 251, and added a luggage carrier & MX-style chain adjusters, to name a few.

Montesa was once big in MX, but I never had one.

Now, looking at the link, they say it's an ETZ250, but I think that looks like a 16" wheel & the tank & seat are 251. But the mudguard is quite far back! Shocks too much upright?

used to see odd balls like that here
now the poor guys are getting so poor that its a bicycle
so shabby no one would steal it
