Dim indicators

Postby spooky » Sun Nov 01, 2020 5:19 am

Now I have a new battery and so far it seems fine, I want to get my indicators working properly. They do light up but are all very dim, there is a buzz from flasher relay when they are working , is it in need of replacement or is there something else that could cause weak flashing ? poor earth maybe ?

clean the bulb base some of the metal can get a coating that's a bit dirty looking
and the tip needs cleaning
and sometimes the bulb used is not a very bright one

Managed to get three working a bit brighter, cleaned bulb fittings, but the fourth one will have to wait until I take the pannier off to get to the screws...thanks :D
