Hello,
Thanks for the reply and it really helped.
When you work late in the night, you are stupid and do stuff incorrectly this is what happens. When I pressed the rotor in the woodruff key got dislocated and ...... what alignment..... I dismantled again today and found that key sitting in the armature of the rotor :).....
Will redo all the assembly and retry. Keep you posted

It starts perfectly and idles fine with a fixed advance of 3,6 but it kicks if you are not commited on that pedal :)). Now when trying to revv it, it boggs ... maibe too much advance.... or crappy Romanian Carb...
I will try to setup the advance at 3,3 to see how it behaves. Centrifugal mechanism is locked open all the way now but I do not think it is necessary.

Following a biased and flawed moderator choice (someone posting aggressive personal attacks is rewarded, while my technical posts are removed - behind my back & without any justification!), I have withdrawn from this forum.

Yep,
I will revert to standard settings, as I saw that the play is ok on that mechanism.
Fitting the mikuni: Can someoane measure the inside of the clamp style intake manifold, the part that fits over the carb, (as it is on the ETZ250), because the plan is, if it has the right inner diameter, to cut that part and weld it on the intake of the es or maibe i can use the etz intake directly.

More thoughts on the ignition: as the light is very poor The VAPE 12V modification will come sooner that planned, now it is just a matter of redirecting some cash from other projects :)
