There are 2 ways:

1. You believe Ost2rad (where no one speaks really good english as it seems)
2. You believe me

oh sorry , I forgot

3. You believe your translation program....

Believe Guesi.

But leaving the resistor in will probably not stop it working, it just won't work as well.

Have you connected the DF wire to the correct terminal ie DF- , not DF+

I tend to believe you.... I also am too lazy to make an entire cable harness by my own and I think I will order one from you. Can you indicate the product from your site? Also do you have the original blinkers white or beige?

I was reading on the powerdynamo site about these electronic charge controllers. It seems this one is the original and all others are copies and yes Guesi is right. It cannot function with that rezistor in place.

Now I will disconnect that rezistor again (initially it was disconnected ) but I connected again on advice from ost2rad via email.... hmmm

I hope I did not burned it... if I did I will just send it back since it was their advice :).

PS: I now realize that I am quite happy when Guesi posts some answer on thread... and I would kindly invite him to post more and help if it is possible:) It seems he has a lot of good advice to give.

Buttttt.... the damn charging light ... it stops lighting when engine at idle and it starts glowing again when I revvv the engine.

I read on vape site that the charge indicator will not work if it is led but mine is a dumb 6V original bulb...

take s look on the following vid. I removed the rezistor witch by ghe way has some terminals not original and I read that the short wire goes to df and long to D.... so... not good.
Take a look of the following vid with multimeyer on battety terminals:
https://we.tl/t-Fn9RGmcgUV

And now when I revv the engine hard enough the charge light pops up very bright and engine dies and afyer that no lights are up. I have to switch from contact off and then after on everything back to normal and engine starts normally.

So i took all ognition from the es175 engine and will change on the 250.
One question: when I measure between the poles of the rotor i get 0,01 - 0,04 ohm. from poles to ground 0 ohm. I should consider it good right?
Also stator checks and I get 2,1 - 2,2 ohm rezistance beteeen poles and nothing to ground .

Ok,
That seems logic with the interferences.

But why the charge light......now it struck me: arhhhhhh maibe if I put a 5kohm spark plug cap the damn electronic charge relay will not be influenced anymore by the spark plug magnetic fields and as the multimeter is influenced so the damn electronic regulator is....

I'll try that tommorrow. I have a 5kohm plug cap available.

5kohm rezistor plug cap installed. Voltage seems to be stabilized at battery level (6,2 - 7,1 volt) but I see more smoke now on the exhaust. I'll do more testing tommorrow. Old dynamo is still in but it has new carbon brushes and no rezistor installed.
