Is there an oil seal on the gear lever shaft TS250/1?

Postby mhsilverw » Tue Mar 06, 2012 2:04 pm

Hi,

On a TS 250/1 after changing the 'chocolate milk and frog spawn' that appeared to be inside the gearbox with some fresh oil.....I seem to have a slight oil leak from the gear lever shaft.

Is there an oil seal on the gear lever shaft for the clutch (outer) cover :?:

I cant see anything in the workshop manual or on here (know these are for the ETZ but assume similar (maybe!))....can anyone advise where or what I should look at the resolve!

O-ring I think from memory 14mm x2mm? Kickstart one is 17mm x 2.5mm
