The TS150 MZ has a 160mm drum brake at the front end. If you have the brake shoes, a brake and clutch re-lining specialist can glue new friction material onto them. If you can find such a specialist!
The same brake shoes were used (front & rear) on the TS250 MZ. The ETZ models use the same brake shoes for the rear brake. The Rotax-engined bikes would also count as honourary ETZs as far as brake shoes are concerned.
The books claim that the rear brake of the TS150 is smaller, implying that the shoes would be a different size. I think you will find that it is the same 160mm drum and the same brake shoes. But don't take my word for it!
In the Americas Brazil and Cuba are the most MZ-friendly countries. The TS250 (4-speed) model was sold in both Canada and the United States; the Rotax Country was sold in the United States.
