Help for Newbie please

I have just got my first MZ, it is an ETZ 301 Saxon NE. I cant work out how to get the seat off, can someone please explain

draw a line with a ruler up from the rear axle on both sides of bike to under the edge of your seat
under the lip edge of the seat at this point on each side is i think a 13mm nut on each side
this releases the seat it then goes up at the rear and back and its a beast to get back on
it about the same as my saxon tour with rotax motor

tools required 13mm socket and and extinction and ratchet handle
a flashlight(torch) so you can see the nuts
extras not always needed till it goes back on a bucket full of nasty words....
rag to clean the knees of your work trousers or set on the bucket and rag while you work
the gas tank is fun also best done out side so the gas you spill does not light off the shed
